We are currently seeking aspiring or experienced property professionals to join our thriving teams and contribute to a very successful estate agency.
The role will involve; qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. A typical day will include; viewing properties, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers and delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers alike.

Property Manager
If you are interested please
We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at Crystal Palace.
You must have at least one years experience in property management for this role.

Role would include:
- Registering new tenancies on the TDS website.
- Sending out check in inventories and tenancy agreements to landlords and tenants.
- Ensuring that the correct information is uploaded onto the system for new tenancies.
- Managing a small portfolio of properties carrying out tasks such as tenancy renewals, instructing maintenance tasks and rent chasing.
- Administrative support for the head of property management and the other property managers as required.
