Since we opened our doors in 2005 we have worked hard to build an exceptional reputation. Our market leading team is renowned for great levels of customer service, efficient sales and top class lettings services. The high number of properties we have sold in record time, along with the rentals on our management books speak for themselves along with the kind words from our our happy clients.
Shields and Rowland was founded by John Shields and Dave Rowland, two experienced property professionals with a long history of success in the property industry. Coming together with a desire to build an agency with the indepth local knowledge needed to provide a second to none service to their clients. They both saw the need for raising the standards in the industry only hiring the best and brightest team that would allow better performance, customer services and above all better results.
Our Vision & Our Aims
Shields and Rowland is a big agency with small agency values. Having a team large enough to compete with the biggest national agencies can come at a cost of poorer customer service in some cases, but no with Shields and Rowland. You will only ever deal with one agent and they will be on hand to talk you though the whole process and be there for every step on the way. The standards the company holds itself to is very high but it is an ambition that is achieved time and time again by our loyal and experienced team.
Our motto is Be The Best. That may sound like our wild ego talking, but at Shields and Rowland its a broad ambition. We not only expect, but on a daily basis see our staff being the best they can be in every aspect of their job.
